Registration
Space is limited, and will be on a first come, first serve basis. We suggest early registration to assure a spot.
Payment of fees completes your registration.
Open to the Public
This session is open to the public if space is available. If you wish to audit, please contact us first to check on availability.
Requirements
For students, you must have applied and been accepted into the Academy, or been approved as an auditor, and fees must be paid in full to register. More details on tools, materials required etc. will be sent to students and auditors once they are registered.
Dates
ESA Orientation week will start on Saturday, Nov 6 and go through Tuesday, Nov 9. We recommend departure on Wednesday, Nov 10, but students are free to leave after classes end on Tuesday. There will be an Academy dinner on Tuesday night.

The Orientation session will be held at 4322 Jones Rd., Sumas, WA 98295 (north of Seattle, WA)
Information Packets
Students will be sent an information packet on O week with more information and details several weeks prior to the session.

Other lodging options are available in Lynden, WA, about 15-20 min away. Use Google to locate those.
Cancellations
Cancellations made 4 weeks or less prior to the first day will incur a 50% penalty. Cancellations within 2 weeks prior to the first day or less will incur a 75% penalty. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the first day will incur a 100% penalty.
Travel
The nearest airport is Bellingham The closest major airport is either Vancouver, BC or SeaTac (WA). Contact other students through the student lounge if you would like to share a rental car if needed or carpool.
