Objective  
 
My goal regarding The Equine Sciences Academy is to be the best instructor that I can be, and to instill the skills and knowledge of my trade into others.  In return I am helping more horses then I could by myself   
 
Experience 
 
Traditional Farrier  
Graduated N C School Of Horseshoeing Aug. 1978 
I started my career in the Western Piedmont area of N. C. 
First clients were horses that nobody else wanted to touch. 
Soon built up a reputation and started working at show barns. 
Continued Farrier education by going to clinics, conventions and workshops etc  
 
Natural Hoof Care Provider 
Entered private studies of Natural Hoof Care, Nov. 2003 
Began AANHCP training program in April  2005 
Was Listed as Certified Practitioner by AANHCP  Oct. 2005   
Held First Natural Hoof Clinic Nov.2006   
Became Field Instructor, Support Group Leader and Clinician Feb 2006 
Ceased my obligations and positions with AANHCP Nov 2006 
Joined the ESA as a Field Instructor 
 
One of the Founding Members of The American Hoof Association Aug..2006  
Voted in as AHA Board Member, Sept.. 2006  
 
Education 
Graduate Of N C School of Horseshoeing 
Completed  AANHCP Certification  
 
Interests 
 
I love to teach and work with people and horses especially when they want to learn.
